Product Features

This new handmade doll quilt has been made using an antique basket embroidery pattern. The pillow sham has been made to coordinate with the quilt and has also been hand embroidered and quilted. Made to fit 18" doll beds, this set is a sweet mix of vintage charm that would work well with antique doll beds and cradles as well as newer doll beds.

Included:

Quilt: approximately 18" x 21 1/2"

Doll Pillow & Sham: 9" x 7" with a 1 1/4" ruffle

Doll Pillow: 8" x 6" - white

Quilt:

Traditionally handmade in the same way a large quilt would be made. It features a hand embroidered antique basket pattern and with a very soft pink and white appliqued background. The quilt has been layered with thin polyester batting and then hand quilted in white thread. The backing is white. The handmade binding is made separately from the quilt using light pink fabric. It has been machine sewn to the front then hand sewn to the back. 100% cotton fabrics

Pillow Sham:

The coordinating pillow sham has the same embroidered design that's on the quilt corners. The sham can be removed from the pillow and has an envelope style closure on the underside.

Pillow:

Measures 8" x 6". Made with soft heavy weight fabric. It has been filled firmly with polyester "cluster stuff".
